Since starting up its operations in 1953 Dula has become one of the leading European companies in the field of holistic shop design and exclusive interior fittings.

Dula employees world-wide are involved in the creative planning, development, production and installation of projects that stand for individuality and rich experience value. The optical results that are possible are demonstrated by the many exemplary projects we have so far successfully realised.

Presenting the goods is one thing – to bring them to life in their setting quite another. It is part of Dula’s concept philosophy to always regard store design in a holistic manner. This means that colours, shapes and materials, light and sound, information and presentation go hand in hand and cause an atmosphere to be created in which buying things is fun. It is with this ambition that we realise both national and international projects.

Certification

The Dula Quality Management System has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 , the Environmental Management System to DIN EN ISO 14001 and the Energy Management System to DIN EN ISO 50001. The Dula plant in Spenge is also certified as a welding specialist in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3834-3. Dula is also Partner to the EU Green Building Programme. The electrified Dula-shop-fitting-systems Horizon-e and Basic-e are listed under E353275, the LED panels under E480100 at UL. As a bearer of the AEO-C certificate Dula occupies the status of an “Authorised Economic Operator” and accordingly enjoys customs-related simplifications. Dula is a member of B.A.U.M., the german working group for environmentally conscious management, and was honoured with ÖKOPROFIT in 2012.

Social commitment is deeply rooted in Dula’s corporate culture and accompanies the entire value creating chain.

Beginning with the fair treatment of all partners on the market, Dula relies upon long-term cooperative partnerships. Already during the planning process potential materials are inspected for their environmental compatibility.

In the production process, health and safety at the workplace enjoys an equally high priority as does the sensitive handling of energy. Solid fuel combustion plants help to regain energy.
